It’s just me, Jamie… and you’ve stumbled upon my personal writing blog.
I’m a 30-something digital marketing strategist, currently parked in Oklahoma City.
When I’m not buried in Google Analytics data, writing web content for SEO, strategizing AR sequence, copywriting emails/landing pages or managing social media tribes, I’d like to spend time on my real passion – traveling to places where I write about and take pictures of things to marvel at.
I typically write weekly, depending on my work and travel schedule. Topics vary from digital marketing, social media, writing, and sometimes, personal productivity.
Heads up, I might rant and rave about my daily grind once in a while.
One little thing, I hope you don’t expect peachy perfect with rainbows and unicorns all over. It can get real here and I can get very goofy (and yes, occassional cussin’ may ensue – working on that). So if you’re easily offended or ultra serious, this may not be your cup of tea. Just saying…

What are my credentials?
As for my credentials, I spent 15 years (and still counting!) of my life in the marketing communications field. I earned my major in Communications Technology Management and Masters of Science in Global Strategic Communications.
I’ve worked as an intern in strategic planning for a multi-national ad agency, an Assistant Creative Director in a multi-national brand marketing agency, a Marketing Coordinator for a professional lighting company and a Director of Client Relations for a digital marketing agency. Now I wear many hats at work. My official title is Senior Director of Digital Marketing and Communications but I’m really a writer at heart.
Taking a cue from Paul (Philippians 3:8), I believe my greatest credential is the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. He found this prideful little snot and I’ve never been the same since then. And if He can work on someone like me, He can definitely do the same for you too.
